Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept cancellation/refund or replacement of an unused product.

In case you want to cancel your order, you can do so before its shipped, after that we are unable to cancel your order.

I. Delayed orders: Orders No Found, In transit, Pending, Expired with more than 30 days, counting from the date you send the payment to, we will provide full refund of your amount. if :-

– You have checked the tracking number and it doesn’t show any move or information.

Note: If you want a replacement, won’t process a refund, but will send a replacement to you.

II. Damaged Orders: will provide a replacement/exchange within 7 days if:

– Orders arrived damaged.

– Orders arrived is different from the product ordered.

>You must have the following -:

– Order number.

– Photos/Video of the damaged or different product.

Note: Please make small video shoot of opening the package, it will help us to process your refund/replacement request more quickly.
